Superintendent, Multifamily

Responsibilities

• Support Senior and General Superintendents in day-to-day field execution and subcontractor coordination
• Assist with short-interval planning, daily work sequencing, and logistics coordination
• Promote and enforce Zero Tolerance Safety Standards on site
• Monitor work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and documentation for assigned scopes of work
• Communicate schedule, safety, and quality concerns to field leadership
• Support punch list completion, closeout documentation, and turnover activities
• Maintain professional relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction field experience preferred
• Commercial or multi-family experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination
• Basic understanding of OSHA standards and construction safety practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
• Valid driver’s license required
