Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of installation on large-scale solar farm and power plant EPC construction projects.
• Manage and direct project teams to meet goals, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are clearly defined.
• Oversee output from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams from design through startup.
• Serve as the project representative with clients, subcontractors, and vendors during meetings and job walks.
• Ensure all work products comply with industry standards, applicable codes, and legal requirements.
• Provide ongoing training and mentoring to entry and mid-level engineers to promote professional development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in the power or a related market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Fluent understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Willingness to relocate and travel as required by project needs.
