Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all site construction activities and supervise trade and field personnel
• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, including master and look-ahead schedules
• Implement and maintain corporate safety program requirements
• Prepare thorough and timely daily construction reports
• Establish document control systems to ensure work meets design documentation
• Oversee daily field operations for quality control, progress, and site cleanliness
• Manage the punch list process to ensure prompt execution
• Partner with Project Managers to address constructability and scope issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of construction disciplines, union agreements, and safety regulations
• 10-Hour and 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificates
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Timberline

Preferred Qualifications

• NYC Buildings Construction Superintendent License
• Previous experience in healthcare construction environments
