About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities
- Support the General Superintendent in developing and maintaining project schedules
- Enforce corporate safety program requirements across daily site operations
- Track material procurement and delivery timelines
- Prepare accurate daily construction reports documenting site activity
- Establish document control systems to ensure work meets design documents
- Oversee daily field operations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Foster positive subcontractor and vendor relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience working on core/shell projects
- Working knowledge of construction disciplines, union agreements, and safety regulations
- 10-Hour and 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificates
- 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Timberline
