Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities
• Support the General Superintendent in developing and maintaining project schedules
• Enforce corporate safety program requirements across daily site operations
• Track material procurement and delivery timelines
• Prepare accurate daily construction reports documenting site activity
• Establish document control systems to ensure work meets design documents
• Oversee daily field operations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Foster positive subcontractor and vendor relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience working on core/shell projects
• Working knowledge of construction disciplines, union agreements, and safety regulations
• 10-Hour and 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificates
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Timberline
