Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations including site safety, construction progress, quality control, and housekeeping
• Provide leadership and direct supervision to site staff, assistant superintendents, and laborers
• Manage project schedules and prepare weekly two-week look aheads
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure project completion within schedule and budget
• Maintain open dialogue with the project team regarding work changes and job conditions
• Manage the RFI process and track solutions through closeout
• Oversee the punch list and close-out processes including warranty responses

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in high-end commercial interior general contracting
• Proven record of managing complex projects in occupied spaces
• Ability to manage multiple quick turnaround projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
• 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certificate
• 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Procore
