Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage field staffing and support
• Manage and facilitate all day-to-day activities on the project site
• Prepare, review, update, and analyze project schedules with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and laborers to meet project schedules
• Develop Site Specific Safety Plans and review them monthly with project teams
• Inspect work in place including shoring, steel reinforcing, and post-tensioning for compliance

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive construction management experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an assistant superintendent on commercial projects
• OSHA 30 certification
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CM software like Procore or P6
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
