Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage field staffing and support
• Manage and facilitate all day-to-day activities on the project site
• Prepare, review, update, and analyze project schedules with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and laborers to meet project schedules
• Develop Site Specific Safety Plans in collaboration with the Safety Manager
• Inspect work in place, including shoring, steel reinforcing, and post-tensioning, for compliance with specifications

Requirements

• 5 years of progressively responsible roles in construction and construction management
• 3 years of experience as an assistant superintendent on commercial projects
• OSHA 30 certification
• First Aid/CPR certification obtained within the past 24 months
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore, P6, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
