Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of on-site construction for assigned homes
• Manage the simultaneous construction of up to 15 single-family homes in various stages
• Monitor workmanship and adherence to scopes of work through checklists and field inspections
• Execute daily operations using proprietary project management software
• Approve trade partner work and associated invoices based on quality and completeness
• Lead on-site implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with local/national codes
• Maintain digital and physical project documentation
• Proactively communicate changes to scope, plans, and specifications
• Keep daily logs of site activity and coordinate inspections
• Collaborate with Project Managers to support buyouts and provide feedback on budgeting
• Participate in client walks and obtain occupancy permits

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Superintendent in residential home construction
• Proficiency with schedule management tools (e.g., MS Project, BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, Procore)
• Basic computer skills including Google Suite
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be based in the Dallas, Texas area
