Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to multiple crews and services
• Prepare, monitor, and drive project schedule with the operations team
• Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements
• Establish, implement, and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures
• Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance

Requirements

• Proven experience managing construction sites
• Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites
• Valid safety tickets such as CSTS, Standard First Aid, and Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Pipefitter or boilermaker background
• Exchanger experience
• Journeyperson ticket in a mechanical trade (Boilermaker or Pipefitter)
