Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Implement environmental remediation projects including work planning, sequencing, and staff management
• Oversee projects at multiple sites with little to no direct supervision
• Direct field personnel, equipment operators, laborers, and subcontractors
• Enforce company and client Health and Safety requirements
• Complete daily field documentation accurately
• Procure materials and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
• Assist in cost estimation, change order documentation, and projecting cost to complete
• Supervise and develop up to 10 direct craft reports
• Travel up to 50% to project sites across multiple states

Requirements

• 8 years of experience leading environmental cleanup, soil remediation, demo/decon, or habitat restoration projects
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary staff on construction projects
• Supervisor Training
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong command of construction means and methods
