Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multi-family housing projects from foundation to final punch list
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews
• Implement and enforce all safety protocols and OSHA standards
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and coordinate with trade partners
• Monitor on-site expenditures and control project costs
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards
• Resolve day-to-day on-site challenges and unforeseen issues
• Serve as the on-site liaison for project managers, clients, and city inspectors
• Maintain accurate project records including daily logs, RFIs, and change orders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Proven focus on multi-family housing projects (mid-rise or high-density)
• Expertise in structural systems, MEP, and finish work
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
• Proficiency with construction management software like Procore, Bluebeam, or Buildertrend
• OSHA 30 certification
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering
• LEED or other sustainability-related certification
