Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of high-end, custom homes from pre-construction through final turnover
• Manage project schedules and budgets using construction management software
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, carpenters, and laborers
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, homeowners, and design teams
• Work with vendors and design teams to ensure timely specification and delivery of materials
• Layout vendors including civil, foundation, MEP systems, and landscape

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in high-end residential or custom home construction
• Proven experience managing luxury projects valued at $5M+
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and finish-level detailing
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Proficiency with job-related tools (router, biscuit joiner, coping saw, etc.)
• Excellent practical skills in both framing and finish work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with computer-based timekeeping
• Polished communication skills for interacting with discerning homeowners

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Procore, Sage 100, or Master Builder
• Experience with Buildertrend
