Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects from mobilization to completion
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate daily construction activities and supervise onsite workforce
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and safety incidents
• Assist in the management of project budgets and forecasts
• Train and mentor junior staff and field workers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
