Superintendent - Electrical Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crew activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines
• Supervise electrical operations and perform daily inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
• Manage and control project budgets by enforcing cost control measures
• Deliver job site safety training and promote a culture of safety awareness among all personnel
• Develop and manage job schedules, including three-week and 90-day plans
• Act as a liaison between contractors and engineered equipment suppliers
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of construction industry experience
• At least 3 years in a superintendent or equivalent leadership position, preferably in the electrical discipline
• Proven capability to supervise multiple technical trades
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve on-site issues effectively
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
• Ability to work at various locations and adapt to changing project conditions
