About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all field construction operations for residential projects in the Los Angeles area
- Manage on-site subcontractors, vendors, and labor to ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain high standards of quality control and safety compliance across all job sites
- Coordinate with the project management team to track progress and resolve field issues
- Ensure all construction activities align with architectural plans and local building codes
Requirements
- Proven experience in Single Family Residential Construction
- Direct experience with Prefab or Modular Construction methods
- Proficiency in using Digital Project Management Systems
- Valid OSHA 30 Certification
