Responsibilities

• Oversee the full construction process to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet quality and safety requirements
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets rigorous quality control standards
• Collaborate with project managers to plan activities, manage schedules, and monitor budgets
• Manage subcontractors and allocate resources across multiple projects
• Mentor Foremen and Team Leads to foster an environment of learning and growth
• Utilize Lean construction principles to enhance efficiency and minimize waste
• Assist in the product development process to optimize safety, quality, and cost

Requirements

• At least 6 years of general construction experience in single-family residential
• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent
• OSHA 30 certification
• Advanced understanding of all homebuilding stages (permitting, horizontal, and vertical construction)
• Proven experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret field installation drawings and floor plans
• Proficiency in digital project management systems (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, P6, Jira)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as First Aid/CPR
• Experience in industrialized construction or prefab/modular companies
• Experience with advanced work packaging
• Experience at an early-stage or growth startup
• Experience with lean, agile, or pull planning
