About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary link between warehouse operations and the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ensure accurate system usage across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes
- Serve as the first point of contact for WMS-related issues and resolve system or process gaps
- Support and train warehouse floor users on system usage
- Assist with system enhancements and drive continuous improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution center, or retail operations
- Strong understanding of WMS processes including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or SQL
- Relevant industry certifications
