Super User, Distribution Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in DC processes and a communication bridge between Technology and DC associates
• Support technology and hardware troubleshooting for equipment such as printers, RF devices, and autobaggers
• Assist in testing WMS system modifications and operational walkthroughs prior to installation
• Support documentation updates for WMS system changes, including process maps, job aids, and SOPs
• Assist with training Floor Leaders and Supervisors on functional processes
• Provide clear and accurate information to the Technology support team regarding process or system deficiencies
• Perform administrative tasks to support throughput, SLA, and process improvements

Requirements

• 2-4 years of warehouse experience with Manhattan 2013 or newer
• Proficiency in English (written and oral) to follow safety policies and instructions
• Visual acuity to read labels, use RF scanners, and maneuver throughout the facility
• Strong understanding of department processes and SOPs
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, dependability, and accountability
