Responsibilities

• Provide daily selling support and execute sales events to achieve targets
• Educate consumers and retail partners on products, ingredients, and SPF benefits
• Build and strengthen relationships with key retail partners
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Assist with product merchandising and maintaining organized displays
• Submit regular reports on sales activities and consumer feedback via Repsly

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or retail, preferably in beauty or skincare
• Experience at Ulta, Sephora, or Nordstrom is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work 20 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive up to 35 miles
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
