About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer Sun Solaris and Sun hardware environments
- Support Windows Server and Unix systems in a mixed 60% Windows / 40% Unix environment
- Maintain NIS, DNS, LDAP, NFS, LDOM, WebSphere, Tomcat, and related infrastructure
- Work with Veritas products, Citrix XenApp, monitoring tools, shell scripting, and job scheduling tools
- Provide flexible support coverage and work timings as needed
Requirements
- Experience with Sun Solaris administration
- Strong Windows Server administration skills
- Knowledge of Unix systems and enterprise middleware
- Familiarity with Veritas, Citrix XenApp, and backup/clustering tools
- Shell scripting and monitoring tool experience
