Summit Readiness Associate, Commercial Development Program (RM- Agriculture banking)

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month talent development program to accelerate expertise in Commercial Banking credit, risk, and business development.
• Support the growth and management of a portfolio of agricultural and agri-business clients by delivering advice and credit solutions.
• Assist Directors and Relationship Managers with servicing a diverse client base, including both borrowing and non-borrowing clients.
• Engage in hands-on assignments across credit, risk, and client service disciplines to build professional judgment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and Bank standards through disciplined documentation and financial analysis.
• Develop business development capabilities, including commercial acumen and effective communication.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business, finance, accounting, agriculture, agri-business, economics, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in credit, business development, client-facing, or relationship-based roles.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle for travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated learning agility and a keen interest in the agricultural sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in agriculture, agri-business, or farm operations.
• Experience in global banking or international markets.
