Responsibilities

• Complete an 18-month accelerated training program covering logistics, warehousing, and sales
• Build foundational knowledge in technical sales, logistics, or operations
• Provide exceptional service at the sales counter to deepen product knowledge
• Work with the inside sales team to manage customer and supplier relationships
• Participate in group projects with a cohort of program participants to deliver value to the company
• Master Summit's products, systems, processes, and sales workflows
