Summer Rental Cashier

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism to create a welcoming first impression
• Assess guest needs for rental, retail, ticket, and lesson transactions
• Operate point-of-sale systems and Resort Technology Partners (RTP) software accurately
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on winter sports equipment and retail items
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage refunds or credits
• Maintain accurate cash handling and balance daily transactions
• Resolve guest questions or concerns with empathy and urgency
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and professional workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in cashiering, POS, or financial transactions
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail or hospitality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language skills
• Portuguese language skills
