Responsibilities

• Assist the operations team in camp materials and staffing management
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and conducting research
• Maintain office inventory
• Produce reports and manage camp registrations
• Compose correspondence and draft new contracts

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a knack for creating systems
• Strong time management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solver capable of analyzing root causes
• Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
• Team player with leadership potential and a strong work ethic
