About the role
Responsibilities
- Interact professionally with Stonehill staff and summer program coordinators/clients
- Confirm venue setups, including IT/Media Technology, Foodservice, Campus Police, and athletic space needs
- Communicate logistics and needs to support staff departments and present planning documents at weekly meetings
- Inspect facilities and residence halls prior to arrival for cleanliness, damage, and appropriate setup
- Manage meal/dining schedules and traffic flow in coordination with dining services
- Attend major program events to provide visible customer service and support
- Meet daily with program coordinators to address feedback and ensure a positive experience
- Respond to maintenance issues and serve in an on-call capacity as needed
- Act as a resource for guests regarding information about Stonehill College and the surrounding area
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Decisive problem-solving skills and good judgment
- Strong customer service skills and high energy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational and general filing skills
- Ability to maintain professional attire
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
