Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on consulting experience through live projects
• Develop core skills through formal training and on-the-job coaching
• Work alongside consultants to develop structured solutions to complex business problems
• Complete a supported independent research project and present insights to the firm

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student in penultimate or final year of study
• Strong academic performance
• Natural problem-solving ability and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to apply structured thinking supported by qualitative and quantitative evidence
• Unrestricted Australian working rights or rights allowing full-time work in 2027
• Availability for the full program from 18 January to 19 February 2027
