Summer Intern: Venue Careers Exploration Program

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 7-week immersive program exploring live entertainment and venue operations
• Gain hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and venue management
• Assist with artist and backstage logistics, marketing, and promotions
• Support ticketing, guest experience, and food & beverage operations
• Assist with production setup, event execution, and post-event breakdown
• Complete a final showcase presentation at the end of the program

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Currently enrolled in a college or university
• Recent high school graduate through college sophomore
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, teamwork, and research skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, loud, and active environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a live music or entertainment environment
• Demonstrated interest in music business, hospitality, or event management
