About the role
Responsibilities
- Support clinical teams in preparing, organizing, and implementing the Summer Social Skills Intensive program
- Interact with children and families to ensure a welcoming clinic environment
- Assist with data collection during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation
- Help with administrative tasks including scheduling notifications, organizing medical records, and updating client files
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes for families attending therapy sessions
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program (Psychology, Special Education, ABA, or Healthcare Administration)
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is a plus
