Responsibilities

• Assist operators with molding, inspecting, and packaging flooring products
• Identify and match part numbers to mold profiles
• Inspect prep pads and spray mold release onto molds
• Load and unload molded parts from presses
• Inspect and trim parts according to customer specifications
• Stack cooled tiles on skids or carts
• Complete production tickets, press sheets, and downtime data entry
• Maintain a clean work area by sweeping and following green initiatives

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly (greater than 80% of the workday)
• Ability to lift, reach, and push objects weighing 3-28 lbs on a continuous basis
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled, loud production environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent distractions
