Responsibilities
- Provide customized support to children to ensure projects and activities run smoothly
- Maintain a welcoming, secure, and safe environment for all campers
- Assist the lead counselor in organizing and leading dynamic daily activities
- Support the preparation and execution of camp programs to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 3-12 (1+ year preferred)
- Positive, growth-oriented mindset
- Empathetic, caring, and enthusiastic personality
- High energy levels to engage with young campers
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
