Summer Data Analyst, Capital & Liquidity Measurement & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Analyze key data sets and elements related to Capital and Liquidity Measurement and Reporting
• Prototype, test, and operationalize dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations to support data-driven decisions
• Investigate business processes to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions
• Develop agile metrics such as sprint velocity and burndown to increase team maturity
• Collaborate with Business, Finance, and Risk functions to remediate data issues and improve measurement accuracy

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution (Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Math, or Statistics)
• Knowledge of Capital, Liquidity, and Credit & Liquidity Risk Management
• Experience with business analysis processes, including requirements gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile or Design Thinking methodologies
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
