Responsibilities

• Observe, train, and coach campsite leaders and teachers to enhance performance and foster a positive learning environment
• Analyze feedback to set specific coaching goals and provide constructive feedback to refine teaching strategies
• Mentor campsite leaders on effective coaching techniques in partnership with Site Directors
• Ensure all camp protocols are correctly implemented to maintain NORY standards
• Provide guidance on effective behavior management and parent communication
• Collaborate with curriculum, operations, and customer happiness teams to improve staff support systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in educational leadership, specifically managing and training teaching staff
• Demonstrated ability to implement effective teaching strategies and improve educational outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with teachers, parents, and staff
• Knowledge of child development and experience adapting teaching methods for diverse learning needs
