Responsibilities
- Coach and train counselors to ensure a fun and safe camp environment
- Nurture relationships with campers and their families to enhance the camp experience
- Oversee physical camp operations including materials, facilities, and daily schedules
- Maintain accurate administrative records for compliance and smooth operations
- Lead camp activities or classes when coverage is needed
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and coaching a team of 4+ teachers
- Track record of building professional relationships with families in educational settings
- 5+ years of experience teaching children ages 3–12
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and operational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a STEM-focused curriculum
- 8+ years of teaching experience for higher pay tiers
