Responsibilities
- Lead assigned groups of campers with engaging activities that bring NORY’s core values to life
- Coach and train teachers on instructional strategies, safety, and engagement protocols
- Cultivate positive relationships with campers and their families
- Oversee essential resources, including materials, facilities, and daily schedules
- Ensure camp operations meet the pillars of Safety, Fun, and NORY Core Values
Requirements
- Proven success guiding a team and cultivating a collaborative environment
- Experience building strong relationships with families in a camp or educational setting
- 3+ years of experience teaching children ages 3–12 preferred
- Growth mindset and willingness to adopt new technologies and skills
Benefits
- Weekly pay ranging from $1,040.60 to $1,241.25
