About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor camp attendees and staff within residential facilities to ensure safety and policy compliance
- Track student schedules, locations, and adherence to quiet hours and curfew
- Conduct nightly meetings with counselor teams and provide detailed shift handoffs and reports to leadership
- Manage dorm equipment, supplies, and documentation for student check-in/check-out
- Coordinate logistics for off-schedule arrivals, departures, and airport pickups, including unaccompanied minors
- Assist in planning and facilitating evening and weekend student engagement activities
- Participate in staff training regarding minors' policies and camp procedures
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid Florida driver’s license (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of a background check required for working with minors
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
