About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor camp attendees and staff within residential facilities to ensure safety and policy compliance
  • Track student schedules, locations, and adherence to quiet hours and curfew
  • Conduct nightly meetings with counselor teams and provide detailed shift handoffs and reports to leadership
  • Manage dorm equipment, supplies, and documentation for student check-in/check-out
  • Coordinate logistics for off-schedule arrivals, departures, and airport pickups, including unaccompanied minors
  • Assist in planning and facilitating evening and weekend student engagement activities
  • Participate in staff training regarding minors' policies and camp procedures

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid Florida driver’s license (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a background check required for working with minors
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
