Summer Associate

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-impact environmental and consumer protection litigation across all phases, including investigation, motion practice, discovery, and appeals
• Perform in-depth legal research and drafting of complex legal documents
• Engage in creative problem-solving to support cases representing states, tribes, and local governments
• Participate in court appearances, depositions, and client meetings where appropriate

Requirements

• 2L or 3L law student status for the 2026-2027 academic year
• Minimum of ten weeks of availability during the summer
• Strong legal research and writing abilities
• Demonstrated academic excellence
