Summer Analyst - Markets

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to fast-paced and dynamic financial markets through real-time trading and sales tasks
• Participate in in-depth classroom-style training on various Markets products and fundamentals
• Work directly on the trading floor alongside senior leadership and experienced professionals
• Engage in formal and informal networking, including cohort catch-ups and lunch & learn sessions
• Deliver a final presentation to mentors and the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the program

Requirements

• Penultimate or final year student pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Australia or New Zealand
• Strong academic record across various disciplines (e.g., Commerce, Finance, STEM, Actuarial, or Law)
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience through extra-curricular activities
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong passion for financial markets
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving and dynamic professional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and a proactive willingness to learn
• Previous experience in leadership roles or competitive team environments
