Summer Analyst, Corporate Bank

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis and transaction stewardship to facilitate corporate lending, including reviewing and analyzing financial statements
• Support senior coverage bankers in researching industry trends and curating thought leadership
• Assist in the review of legal documentation and the management of client portfolios and credit exposures
• Work closely with product teams to deliver the Citi platform, including Capital Markets, Treasury & Trade Solutions, and Corporate Advisory
• Participate in structured projects and assist in the execution of high-profile transactions

Requirements

• Penultimate or final year student with strong academic achievement in a wide variety of disciplines
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with basic knowledge of finance and accounting
• Adaptability and resilience to work in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive eagerness to learn about banking and financial markets
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work products
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Competent PowerPoint and Excel skills (desirable)
