About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration, support, and system improvements
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions
  • Manage topics related to employee data, foundation objects, workflows, business rules, permissions, and MDF objects
  • Handle incidents, change requests, enhancements, and day-to-day client requests
  • Participate in workshops with HR teams, key users, and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with integration, payroll, time, and reporting teams
  • Support testing activities and document technical solutions and processes

Requirements

  • Solid experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Hands-on knowledge of business rules, workflows, permissions, foundation objects, and MDF objects
  • Proven experience working with HR processes and the employee lifecycle
  • Strong ability to investigate technical issues and communicate solutions clearly
  • Good English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently within an international, multi-country team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
  • Experience with Time Off, Time Tracking, Payroll, or SAP HCM
  • Knowledge of integrations such as CPI, Boomi, Integration Center, or APIs
  • German language skills
  • Previous experience in support or AMS environments
