SuccessFactors EC Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for the Employee Central module
• Configure, customize, and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central according to client requirements
• Design and develop complex business rules and workflows to automate HR processes
• Integrate Employee Central with other modules within SuccessFactors or third-party systems
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Employee Central-related issues
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central functionality, including data models, custom objects, workflows, and business rules
• Experience with Employee Central integrations using tools like Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration
• Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors module integration with other modules
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
