SuccessFactors Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and design HCM solutions
• Provide delivery advisory services to client HR IT functions to identify value areas and implement complex technology solutions
• Deconstruct business problems to structure and implement SAP-based technology solutions
• Create innovative and differentiated SAP offerings to stay aligned with market changes and innovations
• Support technology-enabled business change through vendor selection, solution architecture, and program diagnostics
• Contribute to growing market share by leveraging client relationships and assisting in the sale of additional work

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of SuccessFactors HR consulting or industry experience
• Deep knowledge and implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Proven experience in the full project life cycle, including scoping, requirements gathering, design, testing, and go-live
• Experience with SuccessFactors replication, core hybrid, talent hybrid, or full cloud deployment
• Knowledge of cloud software architecture and expertise in cloud computing
• Functional knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors products
• Willingness to travel to client locations (100%)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
