Subsystem Assembly Technician - Power Systems

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, assembly, verification, and testing of satellite power systems
• Ensure readiness and functionality of assigned subsystems, including batteries, solar panels, and power modules
• Collaborate with Engineering, AIT, and Quality teams to resolve technical challenges and drive design-for-manufacturing improvements
• Monitor subassembly production and escalate blockers to ensure smooth coordination with supply chain and AIT teams
• Support root cause analysis and non-conformance resolution during integration and testing
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability for all activities in accordance with aerospace production standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace or high-reliability electrical assembly environments
• Proven experience assembling, inspecting, and verifying electronic components
• Familiarity with industry quality standards
• Experience with root cause analysis and non-conformance handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling production environment with tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across Production, Engineering, and QA functions
