Substitute Teacher (Preschool/Daycare)

Responsibilities

• Fill in for teachers in preschools and daycare centers for children ages 0-5
• Support early learning through play, arts & crafts, music, and outdoor activities
• Follow established classroom routines and lesson plans provided by the center
• Partner with center staff to maintain a safe and engaging environment for children
• Assist with daily routines including meal times and supervised play

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to reach local childcare centers

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children ages 0-5
• Background in childcare, daycare, preschool, or early education
• CDA or ECE coursework
