Subsidy Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Pull monthly subsidy reports for seven Compass subsidy programs and submit to finance
• Work with Case Managers and Directors to correct data and enrollment errors
• Complete monthly reconciliation between internal databases and external city systems
• Coordinate with finance department to ensure timely payment and resolve issues
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure correct program enrollment and contract billing
• Manage data entry for client enrollment
• Engage with funders and city partners to resolve compliance challenges

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• 2+ years experience with non-profit accounting or financial analysis
• 2+ years experience with non-profit audits or compliance work
• Strong computer skills
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce experience
• Experience working in social service organizations serving low-income households
