Subsea Pipeline Pre-Commissioning Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of subsea pipeline pre-commissioning operations both offshore and onshore.
• Ensure the mobilization, testing, and safe operation of all pre-commissioning spreads.
• Coordinate activities between technicians, operators, mechanics, subcontractors, engineers, and client representatives.
• Monitor and log critical parameters including pressure, flowrate, temperature, and chemical injection.
• Verify the readiness of all equipment, consumables, and chemicals required for scheduled activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure strict compliance with PTW, HSE regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare onsite operational reports and compile technical dossiers, including test records and calibration certificates.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts during equipment anomalies or operational issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Offshore, or Pipeline Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 8 years of offshore pipeline pre-commissioning experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of DNV-ST-F101, API standards, and other relevant international codes.
• Strong technical understanding of pre-commissioning equipment such as suction pumps, flooding pumps, chemical injection units, compressors, and air dryers.
• Proven ability to manage large teams (30+ personnel) during critical pre-commissioning phases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with QE LNG project specifications.
• Experience with offshore operating practices in the Middle East region.
