About the role
Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and update inspection data for subsea pressure systems, pipelines, and structures
- Develop project strategy documentation, including inspection manuals
- Create anomaly management and repair strategies, including engineering assessments and mitigation plans
- Execute risk assessments for subsea pipelines, deepwater risers, subsea equipment, and control systems
- Identify and develop pipeline inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance (ITPM) tasks
- Perform pipeline integrity assessments such as hydrotests and in-line inspections (ILI)
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for corrosion rates, cathodic protection, and fatigue
- Provide technical leadership on corrosion engineering and cathodic protection systems
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to organizational knowledge-sharing
- Participate in incident investigations and hazard/risk mitigation activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Corrosion, or a related engineering discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in integrity-related roles with expertise in subsea integrity management
- Proven experience applying industry codes and standards, specifically ASME B31.8S, API 1160, and DNV F111
- Strong knowledge of subsea hardware including trees, valves, connectors, manifolds, and wellheads
- Expertise in corrosion engineering and cathodic protection systems
- Experience with Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and identification of integrity threats
- Experience in subsea controls design, development, operation, and diagnostics
- Background in offshore operations and project execution
