About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve the subsea asset integrity program and digital records within Integrity Elementz (IE)
  • Develop procedures, work packs, and execution plans for offshore asset integrity inspections and subsea intervention campaigns
  • Maintain subsea asset integrity data, including ArcGIS subsea layouts and associated databases
  • Manage subsea asset anomaly identification, tracking, prioritization, and closure in collaboration with subsea engineers
  • Provide technical leadership and training to engineers and contractors on integrity management systems
  • Support the implementation of reliability and asset integrity processes across global operations
  • Plan and execute offshore trips to interface with Field Operations personnel and subsea intervention crews

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Subsea Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant industry experience in the design, engineering, or operation of subsea hardware and systems
  • Direct experience with subsea controls, including design, development, operation, and diagnostics
  • Proven experience in offshore operations and project execution
  • Working knowledge of SAP, including the development and execution of work orders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-discipline technical teams and manage vendor/contractor relationships
