Subscription Services Operator

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements
• Perform set-up tasks and monitor equipment and product quality
• Troubleshoot simple to moderately complex product or equipment issues
• Evaluate mechanical condition of equipment and complete preventative maintenance
• Document activities accurately in relevant systems such as MII and SAP
• Participate in company safety programs and contribute to a safe culture
• Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas and process improvements
• Provide backup for other operators to cover absences or breaks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (vocational/technical degree strongly preferred)
• Strong mechanical and technical skills with troubleshooting ability
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement
• Experience with Perfect Binders, collators, and hard-cover casing-in lines
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and production orders
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, crouching, and bending
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
