Subscription Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the underwriting area to ensure correct registration and tracking of business subscribed by the London office.
• Manage the signing process for reinsurance slips via DocuSign, following specific instructions from the London underwriting team.
• Register new business and renewals within internal underwriting databases.
• Coordinate with the London team to receive system upload formats for all signed business.
• Validate information in received formats and coordinate with the issuance team for system uploads.
• Support the management of TOBAs, NDAs, and AML/PLD information requested by clients.
• Assist clients and brokers with bank account inquiries.
• Maintain documentary control and ensure all signed slips include final lines.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly administrative and budget progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and database management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of programming languages is considered a plus.
